How can the administration constantly be so clueless? I didn’t want to bring up my kid in the state because of the education system and the general state of confusion that permeates so many levels of the state or local governments. Sad they are constantly in the news for something and it always seems to be for either natural or man made disasters. Now when some form of progress of any type tries to surface they do all they can do to prevent it.
