I see the city was in its rights. The purchasers were within their rights. I think the HOA is at fault, isn’t it their job to watch over things like this? So why are the home owners trying to sue the city and the couple? If I were the couple I’d send a bill for back rent on all those parking spaces since 2015, if unpaid by a certain date I’d then get collection agencies involved. Its totally legal . That would surely give a few homeowners there a shock.
