Ever feel bad about leaving a job? Don’t get me wrong, I am fully in the camp of “maximize your worth”, but have you ever at least thought about not leaving because your current job would implode without you?
I like my job, but I know I could/should be earning more else where in the same line of work. I’ve been casually looking till this past month, I’ve spent the last few days heavily invested in job hunting. With a few things hopefully lining up, I’ll be onto a new job come months end
