The fact that the SC may use this argument AGAIN is asinine.

I would argue that EVERY question brought to the SC is a “political question” since your job is to weigh in on whether something is legal or not within our political system.

If you aren’t aware of the first time they used this, the SC used this argument to avoid weighing in on gerrymandering.

Apparently if something is a “political question” the courts have no say in whether something violates the Constitution or laws of the land.
