Now not to say it's not sad news when someone dies but it's common sense people. If a cop approaches you don't be holding a gun in any way other than slowly setting it down. If a cop is trying to arrest you don't try to pick a fight.
I've been out with cops while on patrol and they are just as nervous about having to pull their gun as you are of them pulling it.
