Today we have a first the 1/64 Sledsters from custom crew. Custom Crew is a now defunct die cast maker here in the USA. I think this was their first and last foray into die cast manufacturing. I picked up as many of these as I could and struck up a relationship with one of the owners, He was nice enough to give me a discount on a group of these. So these are basicly the truck version of the Mercury lead sled. A fantasy design that screams deco from head to tail. The materials are quite solid each truck feels like a hammer they have a heavy satisfying feel. The paint is top notch consistent from front to back. The construction uses screws so these can be completely disassembled. The car carriers have ramps imbedded into the beds to offer easy loading and unloading. The tires are rubber and roll very well. I absolutely love these and think in 20 years of so they will be relatively valuable. Thanks for looking.
