Sunday Hawl

Today I picked up a few things for for collection, and a few to add back into the HEWP pile (one inadvertently).

At Walmart the pickin’s were slim for new stuff, but the F&F 2014 had been somewhat replenished, so I picked up a few more of them for the HEWP pile.

For me I got:

A Datsun 620 pickup, plus a spare for HEWP, because who doesn’t love Datsun pickups?

Yesterday in Small Scale Sydney’s ORAT post, one of his featured models was the Jeep Scrambler, which I was quite taken with. What did I happen to find hanging on a peg? A Scrambler (in black as opposed to SSS’s red one):

I also picked up the F&F 2014 models I was missing to make a full set in my HWEP pile, along with a extra Skyline GT-R (R34), making two of those.

Then on the way home I stopped in that odd little Rewards variety store again and found three interesting ones...

A Siku Jeep Wrangler:

This is my first Siku; super impressed with the detail, look at those wheels and the paint! It was pricey, Cdn$ 6.99 (about US$ 5.60), but soft top Jeep Wrangler. I put it next to the poor HW Jeep Scrambler and then had to move the Scrambler a couple of parking slots away.

They had a lot of Siku farm equipment in the 7.49 - 7.99 range, and a lot of Siku military planes at the same sort of prices.

And lastly a Matchbox TVR Tuscan S:
