Seems like 2002's are pretty popular today!
Well here's my custom I recently finished. A little bit of back-story: I wanted to give it a spectraflame look for the orange bits so I polished it up and bought an orange lacquer.
Here's how it looked before the details:

I then decided to put on all of the details and touch up some areas with a little more lacquer.
Once the clear-coat stage came I ruined everything....
Turns out a clear-coat lacquer does not go well with a colored-lacquer. See for yourself:
Overall it came out pretty good, but man it would have been so much better if the clear didn't screw up the orange. I was going to put on some BMW - Alpina decals after this stage, but eh it doesn't much matter anymore.
Lesson learned!
