I finally got a chance to photograph the package I was anticipating on Friday. It contained the eight Matchbox Super Convoy trucks on the left in this photo (I had the two on the right already).
I’d been looking for more, and they were going for $25-$40 on ebay, way more than I was willing to spend. Then a seller put of these eight individually with starting bids far below that. I emailed them an offer for the lot, and got all eight for $80 including shipping. More than I really wanted to spend at once, but I couldn’t pass them up for $10 each.
I’m going to have to be good about not buying many diecasts for a while though, to make up for this splurge.
I took individual pics as well, and am trying to decide if I’m going do them as Worked Wednesdays for a while, or do one big post.
