I decided that instead of posting every time I hawl, I’d put all my photos together into one post once I had a sufficient number of cars to show. Most of these are mainline cars anyways which you guys have seen a billion times around the internet. I have also wanted to focus more on getting my shots right. A lot of times, I’m in a rush to photograph my cars after a hawl, so I hastily take a few pictures with my phone and post them on here right away. This time, and in the future, I want to eliminate those blurry, fuzzy, faded photos.
I’ll give a little of my commentary and opinions here and there if I have something to say about a particular car. I hope you guys enjoy the shots!
Last week, I checked a few Walmarts for C case cars. I didn’t find any Datsuns or Porsches but I did find three of these NSX’s. I took all of them and freed one. This one is probably my favorite of all the NSX releases thus far. I like the color and I prefer these wheels over those 5-spokes on previous releases.
I never thought I would ever buy one of these, even if I found it, because the side decals are so ugly. But for a dollar, why not? Turns out it’s actually not that bad. This is the first time I’ve encountered one too, and it was in a dump bin I searched through today. No Zamacs, but I did find some that I missed...(see Fiat 500 below)
I held out on this one the first few times I saw it. Today, I wanted it more than ever. I like the design a lot, but I wish the wheels were the same color.
Finally found the Polizia Fiat 500 “Treasure Hunt” (not).
I missed this Holiday Car the first time around when I found the Supersnake. This ‘67 Mustang might actually be the best of the entire series. The color combination is perfect for the holidays.
Found this one in the HW dump bin today. No-brainer purchase, really.
And lastly, the five cars from the most recent MBX Classic Rides 5-pack. I bought it mainly for the GT40 which I never found as a single, but the others hold their own very well.
