Hong Kong Haul

Currently in Hong Kong for work and decided to check out the local toy stores. There is a street called Tai Yuen Street in Wan Chai that has several toy stores that stock everything. The one thing I was interested in were the Tomicas, especially the Tomica Limited Vintage series. A few hundred dollars later, I walk out with around 20 various cars. There were Hot Wheels too but they were very limited and very expensive so didn't buy any.

Maybe one day I'll get around to taking some photos of my purchases but in the meantime, here are some photos of a set of distinctive vehicles, accurately representing the taxi scene in Hong Kong. The quality is different to my usual photos as these were taken in my hotel room

Here are three taxis from a subset of the regular Tomica Series - in Red, Blue and Green representing Urban HK, Lantau Island and New Territories respectively. Basically each colour only operates in a certai district. There's actually a fourth one in Black, which I have purchased previously and represents the Macau one.
