Another Skyline post? Yes, yes, I know, more Skylines but I do like the GT-R. Just a few of the ones I have from Tomica. The purple one is my latest acquisition and it is from this year’s Tokyo Motor Show. I was contemplating on going to this but the price of flights was a bit too much. Anyway, this GT-R was one of 4 different cars that were available at the Show, and was listed on eBay for a very reasonable price. Plus it had an “offer” option so I gave it a shot and my offer ended up getting accepted which made it even more worthwhile.
The purple is quite striking and next to the orange, makes this car stand out more than just the usual silver.
Also shown is the older model from the mainline and the gold Event Model.
I promise no more Skylines for a while.
