Teutonic Tuesday - 1:1 Bavarian style

I was in Vienna for work these few days and when that concluded, did some sightseeing here and there. Then when the weather got crappy and the sights no longer interested me, I jumped on a train to Munich (wanted to go to Stuttgart but tickets were too expensive). And what’s one of the top attractions in Munich from an LaLD perspective? BMW Welt and the BMW Museum, of course.

Even though I’m no car geek, I spent a good 3 hours in both places (how do the Germans make car museums such amazing places?).

Anyway, for today’s post, I’m just going to post a few photos of 1:1 cars from the hundreds that I took. And for good measure, there’s one or two scale cars from the gift shop display.

In other news related to this trip - I found a few Matchbox ‘71 Skylines (both silver and blue versions) at a Eurostore (€1 each so still cheaper than back home).
