Have you ever wondered if Kimmy has butt implants? If so, this is the car for you.
I was able to shrewdly negotiate it for only $20 shipped. The quality is sublime as usual, but it has a certain presence to it that my other Minichamps don’t have.
If you don’t know about the color, this is Verde Draco, the color on the Top Gear LP640 press car from 2006. This specific one has the white Q-citura diamond pattern on the seats. You may recognize it from Ed Bolian’s LP640 as well.
Minichamps absolutely nailed the shape and proportions of the Murcielago.
It genuinely looks like an LP640 off a showroom floor was shrunk to 1/43 scale.
If anything stands out here, it’s the Verde Draco paint. I’m a big fan of odd colored Lamborghinis.
I love the black split 5 spoke wheels, but kind of wish they had used the y spokes from the press car.
I’m still impressed with it.
Note the Q-Citura interior.
Hell, even the engine looks outstanding for a 1/43
Here are some sneak previews of two other models I have to review soon.
Overall, I’d recommend it to literally anyone and everyone. You can find it in other colors and even in the Roadster variant.
