OK, today was a BIG day for Hot Wheels Hunting.
These^ are mine... but most, I have trade-ready duplicates ready for trades:
iDSi asked for a teal Civic... and I have a Z4 M Coupe racer, also...
edu-petrolhead has expressed interest in the SWAT van, a Jeep Scrambler (I found another, after trading one last week), and a VW Mooneyes hot rod, and a Homer, as well as a Camaro and Ranchero that he has already spoken for.
Walfisch has tentatively spoken for the other homer, pending a trade agreement.
I found some cool service vehicles, as well... a Hot Wheels snow plow truck above, and I also bought a premium-grade Tomy/Tomica ambulance, an early-90's era 1st gen Ford F150 SVT Lightning, and Nissan diesel aquarium truck with a shark!
These cars are ~4$ a piece... and I am more than willing to buy some more, but I would like to have trades arranged for them, before putting a lot of cash down... Those three cars cost about as much as a dozen of the other hot wheels I bought today.
But there is plenty more to choose from: F250s, Dodge Ram, 69 Camaros, Dodge Polara taxis, more ambulances, garbage trucks, aquarium trucks, generic busses, fire trucks with some sort of articulating side-arm on the back... fork lifts, (someone may really want an early 2nd Gen Firebird with flames in 1:24 scale...) the green trucks are old Internationals, and the dark blue ones are the SVT Lightnings.... And plenty more below that... and you can see the price points that these go for.
Speaking of cars available, that I did not buy... Walmart just stocked up... I can get more BMW E36s... C2 Corvettes, and more... But they have new Retro Entertainment cars, too.
Three Jetsons pods, 1 GMC EM-50 motorhome from Stripes, Old School vans, Ferrari Dinos from Hart to Hart, and Daytona Spyders from Miami Vice. As mentioned, I would like to have trades arranged before putting down a lot of cash for them... and I have no idea how quickly they'll sell out....
And that Nissan Kenmeri Skyline in blue... those two pictured are the only two they had... out of a huge bin FULL of new cars. I'll buy more when I find them... but for now... there is one ready to trade... since several people have it on their hunt list... it is open for the best trade offered in return.
