Teutonic Tuesday Custom tip

After finding a 2nd Track stars Custom Volkswagen Hauler I knew my first lose one had to get put into to the custom garage to be worked on.

It’s a very simple start (as they all start off as) by removing the flames and remaining chrome from the wheels (after the photos were taken and messing with it the chrome started rubbing off)

All it took was a lil of this stuff and some elbow grease

As far as I can tell it’s safe around the plastic and doesn’t fog up the windows but will do a number on the paint and chrome on the wheels. Definitely something not to be used by kids alone. The fumes are a bit strong but dissipate after a few mins and doesn’t leave a lingering order on the casting.

Now it’s off to find the right set of wheels for it and touch up paint.
