I consider myself very lucky. I have a job that allows me an hour for my lunch break. Typically this lunch break is spent with me visiting the Targets and Walmarts within driving distance of my office always on the hunt for whatever the latest and greatest Hot Wheels and Matchbox releases are. Occasionally though, I use that time to indulge my other hobby of photography. More specifically, for photo shoots with local law enforcement agencies. I work with a website called SC Police Cruisers that is a photographic database of all the various law enforcement vehicles around the state of South Carolina. The database is then used by those agencies to do everything from create promotional materials to compare vehicles and equipment to assist in the design of vehicle graphics.
There is a spot near my office that we use occasionally for our home town agencies, but I had some trouble on a recent shoot there with getting my settings right on my camera. I decided today to go out to mess around with my settings and do some test shots. And how better to do that than use my most recent 1/18 addiction addition, the Maisto Audi R8 V10 Plus! Just in time for Teutonic Tuesday as well. So, without further adieu, here it is in all it’s glory, the newest Lamborghini Huracan Audi R8!
*Footnote: Just like with the Maisto-made Bugatti Chiron model, the rear engine cover does not open, so I was not able to get direct pictures of the engine. I will investigate to see if this has a similar fix to the Chiron though and report back!
