My love for toy cars has been reignited by this blog and TFRITCH. I have a thing for some expensive cars and getting variations of cars I own. One of my new favorite cars I just got is a Martini livery 928 1:39 pull back. I don’t know who made it, other than made in Hong Kong. She is a little beat up so I took some quick photos at work before I fixer her up and such.
Main gear on the axle is cracked. I think that’s why the pull back action isn’t working well. Anyone know if and how these can be fixed?
The stripes are looking rough
I had to do some bending to get both the doors to center when closed. Now they are almost perfect. Before the closed up and slipped into the vehicle missing the close stop.
I am pretty sure there should be a rear wing here.
The head lights pop up. As far as i know, no 928 had 944 style head lamps, but I may be incorrect.
