So, I was on Google Street View in Japan... (diecast related)

...and I came across one of Toyota's 'Corolla' dealerships.

As anyone who knows Toyota's domestic operations, they have 4 dealer networks: Netz, Toyopet, Toyota, and Corolla.

Well, I looked inside the showroom, and noticed a large shelving unit loaded with diecast models of the vehicles they sell.

I've also noticed this at a few Netz dealers.

My question is, do these dealerships sell these models to the public, or are they just there for people to get the best look at models they sell if they don't have any in stock?

If they're sold to the public, I'd love to get my hands on a few one of these days, especially if I end up traveling to Japan in the future.
