It's Friday, and that means Mattel has released new pics of some upcoming Hot Wheels models.
This time, they're all from the F batch, which will be released in March. Here's a couple of them, sourced from T-Hunted.
First off, following the showing of the upcoming release of the '52 Chevy is this: The Custom '62 Chevy, part of the Surf Patrol segment of the HW City series for 2015. Hot Wheels needs more yellows in the mainline, it's a nice change of pace from all the red we've been seeing.
Very nice and simple tampos, great wheel selection, and the red surfboard in the rear really sets it off. I'm really looking forward to this one being released.
This next one comes from the HW Race Team segment of the HW Race series, the 6th car of 10 in the set, the C6 Corvette. Another nice looking tampo design, my favorite part being the offset orange stripe on the hood.
Then, there's the Nissan 370Z, the companion to the already available Datsun 240Z in the Then and Now segment of the HW Workshop series, this being the 8th model of 10 in the set.
Here. the tampos are much simpler than the 240Z, with no hood tampos and a simplified version of the 240Z's side tampos. Overall, a very slick looking Z.
