[HAWL] Lots of variety

Time for some pretty serious HAWLage!

Lots of variety in this one. First, an F batch car, the C6 Corvette.

Next up are three cars from the G batch.

Here’s a model that I never got my hands on in it’s 2014 form, the ‘71 Datsun Bluebird 510 Wagon.

‘71 Dodge Challenger, the first of three Challengers coming out in the 2015 lineup.

BMW M4, with some really good tampo detail.

Camaro Convertible Concept, another Then & Now car. Now to wait for the Chevy Silverado and ‘65 Mustang Fastback to be released, and I’ll have the whole set.

Corvette C7.R, with that dreaded upturned chin. Though, I will admit, the upturned chin does make it look a bit angrier than the normal C7s that have been released prior

Custom ‘62 Chevy. You guys are right, this thing looks amazing in person. Love the surfboard in the bed and the detail of the bowtie on the tailgate.

HW Ford Transit Connect. Second release of the casting that came out last year, and I’ve got both.

Mastretta MXR. Missed out on the STH version with this, since it’s marked as an H batch one.

Which leads us to the H batch STH, Pass ‘N Gasser. Unfortunately, this isn’t the STH version, but the normal one. Still, it looks awesome. Just like another casting, Sandblaster (Ford F-150 SVT Raptor R), Pass ‘N Gasser isn’t a HW original design, but is actually a licensed Ford model.

And here’s a really awesome one. Super Volt. I knew this was gonna be an awesome casting when I first saw it, and now that I have it, I can confirm it. Even though it’s got the big electric motor in the front and the spoiler and parachute in the rear, the body looks to be correctly proportioned in comparison to the real Volt. A couple exaggerated features on an otherwise un-exaggerated body.

Now, onto something completely different.

Here’s the Matchbox ‘14 Silverado in red. The wheels look fantastic on this truck.

And now for the real big deals from this HAWL...

Cool Classics! I was finally able to get my hands on these two, the ‘84 Hurst Olds and the ‘65 Volkswagen Fastback.

The Olds is awesome, but the Fastback is just spectacular! An amazing paintjob on an amazing casting, especially with that single exit, central exhaust!

So, there it is. A 20 car HAWL, and a pretty amazing one, at that.
