McLaren F1 Custom.... yes it’s finally done

I started this custom months ago and was slowly working on all the details, shaving the wing, filling in the vents, and reshaping the nose. Once I got it all prepped I had to find the perfect color for it. I wanted a blue so grabbed 4 different blues and did multiple spray outs with differing clear coats. This took over a month because the weather always seemed to be crappy on days I was available to paint. Everything finally came to a close last night and I am happy to say it’s finally done!!!!

The details: the paint is Model Masters 2902 Arctic Blue Metallic with a standard gloss clear. The wheels I stole from the corvette ZR1 in an old Matchbox exotics 5-pack that I colored with silver Sharpie.
