I picked this guy up at a swap meet, along with an Alvis Stalwart with no tires, and a Matchbox Citroen, that will show up one French Friday soon. I had to have this, as I have a 945 IRL, and this is as close as I think can get in 1:64. I have seen the brown one posted here before, but had never seen this variant.

Some pretty severe wear on the sides, but they can still be read. The Tour de France logo and OFFICIELS on each side. The gate opens nicely, but is a little loose when closed.

View of the cargo area, and the substantial hitch.

Passenger side. Interesting that the interior is red, yet the dashboard/steering wheel is black. Nice representation of the side molding, rear vents and gas flap. Also, the strange way the rear windows drop down a little bit at their top line.

The hood logo, unfortunately the iPhone didn’t focus too well on it. Nice rear view mirror and wiper detail on the windscreen. I’m not sure where the TOTAL logo comes from, anyone know? Were they a sponsor, or what?
