I was fiddling with my stuff these days and I found a sheet of wood decals I had bought a long time ago. Then I had an idea who could turn very well or very bad. I'm still trying to decide what I feel for my woody Datsun wagon...
On one hand, it is so incredibly weird that I like it a lot! As far as I can tell, there are no woody JDMs.
But my decal job wasn't good enough :(
So this was more a test mule than anything. First I removed its decals, to test the acetone trick. Then, I decided to apply the woody decals and cut the excesses with a X-Acto.
Even dried, the decals were fragile, and the result didn't came as I expected.
After a long rain, these mushrooms popped on my yard, and I decided they were a great background for a poorly-done custom.
So, what you, LaLDers, think? I can't yet decide if I like or dislike what I have done. At least I got some pretty pics :)
