Edu-petrolhead mystery HAWL - upd. 5.6

I made an awesome internet hawl, but I’m waiting for it to be delivered. I will not spoil the surprise, but instead I’ll give a clue each day. And I hope I can get you excited with the delivery and subsequent photoshoot of these models.

Update: The seller searched everywhere, but couldn’t find one of the cars. He asked me what else I would like, and now I bought 4 models! To the clues!

Update 2: Camshaft Chris - Now with more Panther! found out one of the models: The Porsche 917K who won the 1971 edition, in Martini Livery.

Update 3: philipilihp found the 1962 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Breadvan! It didn’t won anything (except our hearts), but it’s an awesome wagon who raced in Le Mans!!!

Update 4: Spridget discovered one of the cars to be the Matra MS670. That V12 music!! It’s the best sounding race car ever made!

Update 5: Menandz Mags, philipilihp, Menandz Mags found out the last one. Renault Alpine A442B, with the remaining 6 cylinders arranged in V.

1st clue: They’re all race cars, who raced in France.

2nd clue: They raced in the complete La Sarthe configuration, at Le mans.

3rd clue: All four cars raced before the chicanes at les Hunaudières were built. And one raced while they still did the classic Le Mans start, i.e., before 1970.

4.3th clue: The total number of cylinders of those 4 cars is 42. Since the Porsche 917K, the Ferrari 250 GT SWB Breadvan and the Matra MS670 were already discovered, the remaining car have6 cylinders.

4.5th clue: I’m feeling generous, and here’s another hint. All of them can be featured on LaLD theme days.

5th clue: The 4 cars are from three different countries, which mean two of them are from the same place. At World War II, two of them were with the axis and two of them with the allies. You already know there is a Ferrari (Italy) and a Porsche (Germany), so the other two are from the same country and from the allies.
