A DLM a day...[17]

... keeps the cards away! This is not a RLC-exclusive model, but it’s a very special diecast for me, for a series of reasons. First, it was my first “Holy Grail” model, something I seeked and searched and dreamed and finally got. Second, it was the first thing I have ever bought from abroad on the internet. Third, I realized my dream of having this cast when I received the first payment of my Iniciação Científica scholarship, so this model kind of marks the beginning of my scientifc career. And, finally, the number 13 is special for me, because it was on a friday 13th I begin dating the girl that is now my fiancée and it was at another day 13 we become engaged. This is sure a Drag Bus with some story!

And today is 13 too!

Gotta love this vintage ad in the back. When I was a child a track like this was my biggest dream!
