Yes, a literal internet HAWL! After this Jalopnik post I decided to search Amazon for the book cited, the Cars of the Soviet Union. This book is crazily expensive, just check Amazon for yourself! Luckily, Amazon’s magic suggestion algorithm suggested my another book, by Haynes, called Cars of Eastern Europe: The Definitive History. I compared prices between Amazon and AbeBooks and found a very cheap copy on AbeBooks, only with a slightly damaged spine. I think that the consumers on Europe, UK and USA must be very rigorous, because the damage was so little, so small! Books with 10x that damage are sold normally on Brazilian bookstores.
