[Kustom] Klassic Kool Kombi (fail)

Well, at least I lerned a lot on this. Why I think it was a fail? Many reasons. First, the side paint got bubbles and/or dust, so it’s all wrinkled. Second, the overall white painjob isn’t as uniform as I want. Third, the Revell Matt Black enamel cracked on the roof, and finally when I removed the masking tape (regular adhesive tape, not anything professional) some of the white paint chipped away :(

Good thing this Revell Enamel is soluble on thinner. I’ll throw it in a cup of thinner overnight, and start everything again. I found a spray can of white paint, so I’ll spray it white instead of brush painting everything. Plus, I’ll be more careful when mixing paints and I’ll dilute the matt black paint before applying.

On the other side, if it was successful, I liked the colors. I tried mixing silver+green+white to make this weird color, and I’m pleased with the fine details. I think I levelled up on custom making, and the next time it’ll be way better!
