[REVIEW] Tomica Mercedes-Benz Unimog

Tomica time again, today we see something that everyone should like. This is Tomica F41-1. This casting entered the range in March 1978, and claims to be 1:70 scale, which appears to be accurate. As expected, it is a quality casting:

The Universal Motor Gerät - who wouldn’t want a yellow Unimog? This casting is one of the few Tomica without a springy suspension, and nothing opens - the play value is the bed. There’s no interior behind the tinted glazing. This is just for industrial and off-road work. Note that the spare tire/wheel is an actual wheel. The casting has ample fine detail from all angles:

No box, but that’s fine. This is a common casting as it was also sold as a Pocket Cars and sold in NA - I don’t think I have more than $10 in this mint example. It’s a nice looking piece which I am happy to have:
