Tomy Tomica cars set to re-enter North American market, hoping third time is the charm, will revive "Pocket Cars" brand

Breaking news! Some of you may have already heard about this.  With a void in premium diecast left by the departure of Majorette, Tomy is slated to bring back Tomica products to North America later this spring, using the 1970s-80s “Pocket Cars” brand for mainline products. Tomy is said to have several warehouses of unsold 1970s and 1980s era stock it hopes can fulfill demand until production can ramp up.
