LaLD: Diecast Trinket

Okay so it isn’t on par with the Open-Hears Collection or even a true locket but still a fun novelty if you want to give it a attempt. I’ve done this a few times sometimes with actual photos but mostly with comic art or speech bubbles. You can also easily re-size any photo, significant numbers, date, words or business logo to fit. I threw this together really fast to illustrate. I’m laid up with back pain that is keeping me from sleeping so sorry about the random photos I used. It’s not at all hard to do (or in need of being explained) but I drew a simple how-to below. a dab of hot glue or tape will hold it to the back side of the glass... Just don’t use super glue as it tends to fog up the glass as it sets. You just have to cut it to fit the shape of the window.

My obsession with Chow Yun-Fat below. I can’t explain it but I love crappy Hong Kong action flicks. The worse they are the better. the first two are slightly tinted so it doesn’t look as good as it can. clear glass makes it look so much better.
