This was that Lego F40 I posted earlier. I went will an all black look. Couple more red pieces need be replaced, which will happen as I placed an order for various parts on Bricklink yesterday!
As a bonus, I also gave this Speed Champions Camaro smaller sized but still bigger rear tires:
