My fiancee (who I am marrying in less than a MONTH!!!) keeps telling me I should try taking pictures of things that AREN'T die-cast cars. Although I can't really think of a good reason why I would do that, this caught my eye the other day:
Love Studebakers. Like everyone else, the bullet-nose cars of '50-51 are my favorite and truly works of art, but I also have a soft spot for the Avanti. Yes, I have it in 1:64 size too. It's even a treasure hunt!
The Hot Wheels Avanti is really disappointing to be honest. The headlights are just painted on circles, no texture or outlining at all. If only they could have done something like they did with that Cool Classics Cougar!Hot Wheels (or some other die-cast company) should release a new one, and do it right this time. Just look at it!
