EBay 'Wait, Wat?' Listing of the Day

Unlike some of my other 'Wait, Wat?' postings, this one doesn't include bizarrely out of place pictures.

Instead, it is the price that seems incredibly out of whack. The La Fasta regular Treasure Hunt is pretty neat. In fact, it is probably the most desirable regular Treasure Hunt of 2014. Still, this just seemingly makes no sense:

Ridiculously outside the market prices are nothing new on eBay of course, and most of us seemingly laugh it off as a seller who hasn't done any research what their diecasts are actually worth. This, however, is being watched by 12 buyers (as of this posting)! Yet a quick search reveals this particular TH going unsold for under $2. I cannot find anything even remotely close to his asking price of $25. If there is anything special or custom about it, it is not obvious in the pictures and nothing in the listing hints at what differentiates it from other La Fasta THs, much less would command an asking price ten times the average sale price. Yet a sizable group of people are watching this and I am utterly confused. Am I missing something?
