As seen on Instagram, and confirmed by Lamley. The Golf Country “Sapphire Gem” is on the pegs (possibly also the Plymouth Cuda). The bad news: only Target carries them. Good luck though!
Scalping on Ebay has set the price around $25. Honestly, I’m not a fan. Real Riders are nice, but the color and logo combo are not my favorite. The castings too, seem lackluster. And, oh yeah, Target is the last chain I’d like to see these. A Kroger exclusive (where they actually carry lots of MBX - probably more than anyone else) or maybe just randomly inserted into multi-packs, especially considering that’s almost all you can find in terms of MBX at Target, would seem more appropriate. Target seems to have practically given up on single diecasts. Lastly, I think these would be better served in Power Grab boxes instead of on cards. (For the record, I’d love to see Hot Wheels go that way with Super Treasure Hunts too.)
Funny, it looks like TRU was slated to carry the Golf Country Sapphire Gem.
