So... what the hell do I have here?

Yes, I can see that it says Duesenberg on the box. The company is clearly Dinpet, and the scale is an odd 1/27. Googling brings up very little about this model... anyone out there have any clue what I have on my hands?

I've never opened the box, so I haven't fixed the top... yes it bugs me. I really should open the box and fix that.
