Welcome back to another episode of Torchbug Takes the (Chi)Town! Previously, he met a bunch of celebs, saw the Brickyard, and towered above Wacker Drive. Now he’s back to see more of the city and visit another Chicagoland automotive icon, Lake Forest Sports Cars.
As always, you can see the full set of photos on the Flickr album, or keep scrolling for the highlights!
Do Torchbugs dream?
You may have noticed some Blackhawks imagery these last two pictures, it was plastered all over the city during the playoffs!
Chicago is a HUGE sports town, we love our teams whether or not they’re winning
And when the Blackhawks won the Cup, we went NUTS!
After Torchbug posed with Lord Stanley
We took him up for a better view of (some of) the 2 million people that came to celebrate! Go Hawks!
Our travels also took us through the gorgeous showroom of Lake Forest Sports Cars. It’s filled with exotics, classics, racecars, and great folks that love to chat about everything in between!

This guy was already sold off!

I want a desk like this in my future office
Not your usual coffee table literature
And finally a quick trip to Lincoln Park, just as night fell
Special thanks to Lake Forest Sports Cars for letting me run around in their showroom between close and a charity event they were hosting to support The Max Schewitz Foundation. What a great cause!
See you next time for the final installment of this series!
Don’t forget you can see the rest of the photos from this set, as well as all the photos from the Torchbug’s adventures in the Windy City by clicking this link to my Flickr page!
