Recently, the EDC Cherokee my diecast companion for the past year has been retired. Now a new player shall take its spot.
For those that are new here, EDC stands for Every Day Carry. It was a series started 3 years ago where I carry one diecast with me wherever I go and keep a travelogue of it at various destinations. To make it even more special, the final diecast of choice is selected by none other than you guys the LaLD community. Whichever cast get the highest vote becomes the new EDC.
For this round there will be 5 cars to choose from:
Continuing the off-road theme from the previous EDC will be the Toyota Tacoma, it comes with a camper which I’ll carry with me as well.
The next is my favorite type of car to collect: exotics which will be represented by the new Ford GT.
The next one is probably one of the most appropriate cast to be an EDC as its a vehicle that travels as a profession, a Taxi. Specifically the crazy Time Attaxi.
Next up is... another exotic. I still have Running of the Bulls running through my system so here’s a Lamborghini Reventon.
And finally, I needed to add a racecar category into the list. So representing that will be the SRT Viper GTS-R in the HW Racing livery.
I’ll leave the vote running for a week and will periodically remind everyone about the post. To vote, all you got to do is leave a reply on which one you like. I’ll count up the replies at the end of the week and then reveal the new EDC for 2018 to 2019.
