Thanks to your suggestions, I just acquired this Skyline this morning! Instead of writing a review, this and the HW R34 will be compared side by side instead.

The HW is wider than the TP, but they are of the same length and height. Dimensions-wise the HW wins in my book, but it pales in comparison in other areas, such as the details. TP has correctly-placed and complete exterior details (including a sharp-looking GT-R emblem on the grille), while HW has incomplete and misaligned tampos. Granted, this is a mainline-v-premium comparison, but I bet even the FnF Skyline had no painted seats. Or clear plastic headlights.

I’m pleased with the TP overall. In addition to the awesome details, it has a nice metallic silver paint protected with clear coat, the correct 5-spoke wheels that came with the real Z-tune and The familiar Tomica suspension. I have but two criticisms: the passenger door is misaligned, and I wish it had rubber tires and a metal base.

It was a good buy, and thank you for your suggestions!
