De-tampoing on Spectraflame paint

Good news for us collectors with $THs but hate the over-the-top decos. It appears that they can be removed using nail polish remover, like what I did to this Mustang. What’s more, it can also be scraped off afterwards using toothpicks.

Previously I thought the paint will be removed as well, as that happened with my 2008 $TH, a pink ‘55 Bel Air. Still, be careful around the door edges.
