Putting Details on: the MBX Lamborghini Miura P400 S

This is the first release (Circa 2011) of the current Miura casting by Matchbox. As it was well detailed right out of the blister pack, only minor additions were made. The casting’s approach of using both the window and interior pieces as part of the exterior were repeated in future Mattel cars, such as HW’s BMW 3.0 CSL.

Details added were: black paint on the louvers and front grille area, flat black interior, window trim and satin painted wheels. The exhaust tips were painted as well.
