Cherry Blossom Festival Tour Bus

I picked up this nifty little Matchbox Double Decker bus from Toys R Us recently. It came in the the old school Matchbox box. It’s Cherry Blossom time in Washington, so my wife and I went down for a walk around the Jefferson Memorial and the trees. It was a glorious day today peaking at 85F or so.

The blossoms are beginning to blow away - that’s not snow. So if you live in the area, hurry up and get down to the Tidal Basin.

Fair warning: the traffic was awful today! Even the Routemaster Bus No. 28 had to creep along in Washington traffic.
