Week 8 PHOTOGRAPHY review! July 23rd

Can you believe it is Wednesday already!?! It has been a busy week with the blog with lots of customs, HAWLs and trades going on. I am excited to see posts from new members and hope they continue to do so in the future. Although there have been lots of posts, the pure photography content has been a bit limited so this review will be a bit different. Lets get to it!

To start off I want to showcase my favorite picture from the week. This one comes from (correction- the Lamley group) http://go.redirectingat.com/?id=33330X1169… is a lovely side profile on an iconic Porsche 911 in white...the wants!!!!

Simple, elegant, and timeless.

The next post I want feature is from TE71Xin and one of his latest HAWLs. All very cool cars but the Snake Vega has my vote. Check it out!

That is all from the daily contest but I wanted to show you all a very very cool page you should visit. It is called Custom Wrecks and comes from a guy names Scott in Australia who makes some incredible custom models. He makes them look like anything from barn fresh to fully restored or even drag ready. Please take a look...but hide your wallet first! Don't say I didn't warn you.

To close out I want to give you a couple photography specific posts that may inspire some people to try some simple and fun tricks to improve the pictures they can take. First is an older post with some tips on how to make an impromptu light box and a realistic road surface.

Next is a link to a DIY lightbox build which I plan to follow for my own version. I will make a post when I do this as well.

I hope you enjoyed this review. Stay tuned for another review next Wednesday! Thanks.
