I seem to be going crazy on actually finishing some customs lately and these are the latest and greatest!
I started with the 1962 Chevy Pickup that started life covered in the Trix logo. I saw past that and straight onto the metal on metal construction and real rider tires on some amazing wheels! Before I had a plan for color I stripped the paint and fell in love with what I saw...

Hmmmmm, I haven't done a bare metal finish since my Blind Spot build!
After a bit of paint for an old school look as well as some touches to match the board...

ME LIKE!!!

I painted the roof two-tone white for an original old school look. This has a unique rat/surf look to it.

I only wish i could have lowered the rear without having to hack up the bed...maybe next time.

I painted the dash and seat red because old-school

The chrome bed was cool so it stayed

Lean, mean, surfin' machine!

From here you see the wagon.... Lets take a look!

I have had this for a long time and have been delaying customizing it for no reason. Dem louvers!!

The casting is fantastic and packs a ton of detail so I made no changes. The right colors in the right places made the car. I went for a rat rod/lowrider look...

I love this thing. I darkened the grille for added meanness!

And there you have it! Two customs that compliment eachother well. Which would you pack up the boards and go to the beach with?!?
