First off guy and gals, I apologize for taking so long on this. I have had the car for a good while as I had many plans with it which almost all fell through. While I didn’t get to do everything I wanted with it I sure did have fun with it and now it is time to pass the Torch..bug that is to a fellow LALD’er!
I received the bug in great anticipation from Philip and was much excite when I found the package on my doorstep in a very cool...and obvious box!
I quickly opened it up and started to take some pictures...
The little guy was nervous to be in yet another new town...
Unfortunately right after I took this picture and picked the bug up I proceeded to drop it back on the ground breaking off part of the front bumper.... UGH! Of course it would be me to damage this thing. After tracking down the pieces that broke off I quickly took the bug to the operating table to glue them back on.
Big brother was there to poke fun at the little guy...
The next day I decided to take the bug to work for some fun. I took the Mustang as it was a nice day and the Bug rode shotgun!

Day 3, I still haven’t been run over
So after a few days my first event for the bug was under way. The family and I all went camping down at the Lake of the Ozarks which is pretty much middle Missouri. Let the festivities begin!

My favorite part was finding this very cool handmade chair next to the water. It was pieced together from sticks and looked so cool!!! The bug obviously had to take a seat!

After a few days we headed home to get back to the grind. In that time though I received another package I had been waiting for....
A lumpy custom grind cam for the Mustang in which the bug helped me install. Such a good little helper but was a bit too curious at times!
After cleaning up the mess we headed out to my parents house to hang out and play on some of the toys..
Now off to see some more sights!
The hill in the distance may not look big but that is because you can’t see half of it. It is no joke about 1/3 mile long at a 50 degree angle. I “cooouuld” climb it but I didn’t want to risk it that day.

Finally, after a long day and a very long journey the tired Torchbug found a good napping spot to catch some ZZZZs’

Well guys, that concludes my adventures with the Traveling Torchbug but before I go, here is a shot if the bug helping me out with my custom for the upcoming Drift pad competition! No details beyond that!
