Fast and Furious

A Paul Walker Tribute (among other things)

I love the Fast and Furious franchise (say that 5 times fast!) but then I think it’s fair to say that if you like Hotwheels then you like cars and if you like cars then you can at the very least appreciate how stupidly awesome it is.

Mattel obviously like the franchise too because they keep bringing out cars from the movies. In fact, here’s some I prepared earlier :p

R.I.P Paul Walker

Losing Brian Paul was sad. Alrighty then, moving on.

Here’s my tribute to Paul Walker, apart from the entire wall devoted to him above I mean :p

Now let’s see that Ford Escort RS1600 in more detail. The wheels are my custom made deep dish work meister style wheels (Yes I know they have 6 spokes but whatever!) and although I matched the bronze from Brian’s Escort in the movie, I decided it needed to be stanced. Hellaflush neg camber FTW!

NOTE: I didn’t detail the headlights and taillights because this was actually a commissioned piece and was not part of the ‘requirements’ :p

The Race Between Brian and Dom

I have also recreated the scene from ‘The Fast and The Furious’ where Dom’s Charger and Brian’s Supra try to find out who can catch the train first. I used cotton wool as tyre smoke and blue-tac to hold Dom’s charger up ;)
