Ever since I can remember, I've been driving diecast cars around, and it quickly became a huge hobby of mine. As the years have progressed, I never stopped collecting, and the cars that really catch my eye are the old 70's and 80's cars I grew up around, from makes like Matchbox, Hot Wheels, Majorette, Ertl, and more. I found the condition of these loose cars to be phenomenal for their age. Of course the Cougar Villager is right up my alley, with it's opening tailgate and all it's glory. Even the details, like the MERCURY cast into the gate, are things that companies nowadays should certainly pay close attention to.

Even the Rolls has something to say about opening doors, LHD or not!

The only thing that I could possibly complain about with these, especially with the Villager, is the lack of any sort of pet or equipment being present inside the vehicle. Such touches give a genuine feel about daily life with said vehicle, however that might be a post for another day... That's being picky though, these cars are shining examples of the Matchbox that I've always known and loved.

On a final note, as a new member, I just wanted to leave you guys with this final thought: there will be more to come...
