I picked these castings because they both prominently display the Mercury nameplate cast right into the metal. The cruiser even has the Park Lane cast with the corner lamp on the rear quarter. This is something that seems to be a big thing, especially during Matchbox's early days. What's wrong with diecast makers nowadays? I can't be all about marketing or cost...
