The orange one is Matchbox, and the black one is Hotwheels.
The MB appears to be much longer than the HW, and as far as i know, the GT3 and GT2 are the same dimensions. I like that the MB includes the side view mirrors. But the tail light isn't properly finished, it is missing some paint to the sides. The HW has the tailights painted correctly and the headlights are plastic. I think those are cool. But the MB did a nice job painting them as well. The wheels are casually the same, and the MB has a rollbar inside.
