One of my favorite features is back! Skyfire77's custom painted and enhanced Transformers! This time, in a two-part series, he brings us Autobots and Decepticons from the Prime family. I'm always struck by how nice the vehicle modes look and how insanely talented the designers must've been to make it look great as both robot and vehicle.
My personal favorite out of all of them? Wheeljack. Because Stratos.
I finally had some time to get back into customizing (and hopefully they will now come out in quick succession, which I'm sure Frosted and BoxerFanatic will be happy about), and did a quick-n-dirty job of rally prepping a Datsun 510 coupe. Raised suspension + new wheels to replace ugly FTEs = world of difference.
Klaus Schmoll once again did justice to a pair of neglected models, expertly restoring some vintage Fords made my Siku. I agree completely with your choice of just clearcoat on the Taunus. Let it wear its age with grace. Stunning!
I think I have an old city bus with the same jewel-style headlights. Most of them fell out, but I still love it. I should try my hand at restoring it. I'll have to remember next time I'm at my parents' house.
